Premier Tim Houston is in Texas this week promoting the province’s offshore energy resources. Houston is attending the Offshore Technology Conference. He will take part in a panel about investments in Atlantic Canada’s oil and gas future and is also scheduled to meet with energy leaders and state officials. The trip comes on the heels of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Energy Regulator approving Inceptio Oil and Gas Ltd.’s bids to explore two parcels.
